“We knew that Chantal was competitive and it was important to her to get what we wanted. When comparing realators, we knew that she was going to put effort into our offers so that when we found our place, she would do her best to get us what we could afford and more in our favor. We knew she was not going to take any priced house and just accept what was written down, she was going to ask the challenging questions and dig a little bit. Chantal went above and beyond our expectations. When we found our home, we had a budget that was not negotiable and she went to the sellers agent and got us an even better deal than we had expected. She had an inspector that came very quickly and was extremely informative. He let us walk the house with him, taught us things to look at, how to fix things, gave some recommendations to some small items to fix. If we found a house we wanted to look at, Chantal got us appts immediately and answered questions all hours of the night. She knew my check list of items for homes that I wanted to know about and would call the agents to get answers for me before I even had to ask her. She also recommended a lender who was just as responsive, helpful and had very clear responses when there were questions.
