Brooke started her career in real estate administration behind the front desk of a large Eastside brokerage. Having gained a great amount of experience in a short period of time, Brooke took her career to the next level as an office manager and transaction coordinator. Armed with the experience from both the office and agent points of view, Brooke took on the impressive task of building three offices from the ground up and developing all its administrative functions. She has also spent 8 years in property management and is familiar with all the duties and regulations associated with residential property management. In 2016, she acquired her Managing Broker real estate license and is also a Notary Public. Brooke’s top priority is always supporting clients in all of their needs. As the Director of Business Development, Kathryn seeks out and advances opportunities to cultivate a culture of mindful growth, increase revenues and broaden market share for Sterling Johnston. Kathryn is a licensed managing broker in Washington and Hawaii and graduated from the University of Colorado. As a top-producing agent, the practice of anticipating and exceeding expectations laid the groundwork for residential, developer and resort market sales, including being part of a small team that generated over $130M in sales at Kauna’oa at Mauna Kea. Prior to real estate, she provided leadership seminars and consulting services to hospitality and health care organizations through her company Impact Change and before that served as Director of Quality at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. Kathryn loves to build nature trails, bird watch and can be found exploring the majestic Pacific Northwest with her husband and sons.
BROKER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR | HR SPECIALIST
Jodi’s role with Sterling Johnston Real Estate is Broker Services Administrator and HR Specialist. Her biggest goal at SJRE is to provide excellent customer service and support to all clients and staff. She brings with her years of real estate and HR experience. In her personal life, she has recently completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration(with a concentration in HR).
Ashley Johnson brings more than 10 years of experience and passion leading and developing digital media and marketing strategies designed to enhance the client experience and cultivate well-defined business brand identities. She graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in magazine journalism, which she leverages to generate valuable, engaging digital content focused on moving business goals and objectives forward. Ashley’s experience working for startup technology companies drives her enthusiasm for ensuring that Sterling Johnson remains on the cutting edge of the digital realm for the real estate industry. Ashley is an outdoor enthusiast and loves testing her limits through hiking, rock climbing, backpacking, kayaking. She also is an advocate for animal welfare and has helped many foster dogs find their forever homes.
KRISTINE ANNE NIQUE
Kristine started working in the Real Estate industry since 2015 and has developed her skills over the years in social media management, marketing assistance and customer service. As the current Marketing Assistant at Sterling Johnston, Kristine assists with the company’s back-office responsibilities. She helps in onboarding new brokers, producing promotional materials for listings and executing the steps to accomplish their marketing goals. Kristine enjoys playing computer games, trying out home-cooked recipes and having nature trips with friends and family.
