Devin grew up in Kirkland and has lived in the Seattle area for over twenty-five years.

Eirik has been involved in real estate since the age of 12 when he painted rental units in Ballard for his parents. Since then, Eirik earned his law degree and MBA from the University of Washington, and has successfully brokered hundreds of real estate transactions in the Greater Seattle area. Eirik currently acts as Sterling Johnston’s designated broker where he enjoys working with real estate brokers to grow their business with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to their clients.

Rhonda's real estate career began in 1999; soon after, she opened her own office in Central Louisiana in 2002. She enjoyed continued success as a broker, but realized her passion fell with the administrative side more than the sales side of the real estate business. She’s managed the back office operations of very active, 100+ broker brokerages. Rhonda grew up in the Pacific Northwest and was excited to have the opportunity to move back to the area in 2011.
