Eirik has been involved in real estate since the age of 12 when he painted rental units in Ballard for his parents. Since then, Eirik earned his law degree and MBA from the University of Washington, and has successfully brokered hundreds of real estate transactions in the Greater Seattle area. Eirik currently acts as Sterling Johnston’s designated broker where he enjoys working with real estate brokers to grow their business with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to their clients.

Devin graduated from college with degrees in Philosophy Pre-Law and Business, and then attended law school where he specialized in real estate transactional law. Devin is currently a licensed real estate agent and a licensed attorney and has worked in the property management industry for over ten years. Devin grew up in Kirkland and has lived in the Seattle area for over twenty-five years.

Rick has grown up in the real estate industry. He was originally licensed in 1992 and entered the industry working with his Dad. He believes he is first in the marketing business and then the real estate business. “If you do not know how to effectively market in order to create demand and produce results, then you won’t be in business to help clients with their real estate needs.” He is known for his client service and the ability to create systems and processes that deliver a consistent and unbelievable experience for sellers, investors and buyers.

Over the past seven years Derek has dedicated himself to becoming an elite real estate broker. He has personally brokered over 400 transactions and has been awarded Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent award for the past three years. Derek’s commitment to protecting his clients’ interests and promoting the best possible outcome for them is unparalleled. Derek is an owner of Sterling Johnston and is also its Managing Broker.

Jodi has had a keen interest in real estate and property management since she purchased her first condo in 2004 and subsequently decided to become a landlord. With her success as a landlord, her interest was further piqued; so much so that she knew she wanted to work in the real estate sector. So, between 2005 to 2008 she worked for RE/MAX Real Estate Center with Eirik, Derek, and Devin and assisted the agents at the front desk during the weekend. When the opportunity to work with the founding members of Sterling Johnston arose, she jumped at the chance to assume the responsibility of the front desk; but this time in a full-time role. Her biggest goal at Sterling Johnston is to provide excellent customer service and support to all clients and staff. In her personal life, she is busily attaining her Bachelor’s degree in forensic accounting and helping her husband remodel their house.

Rhonda's real estate career began in 1999; soon after, she opened her own office in Central Louisiana in 2002. She enjoyed continued success as a broker, but realized her passion fell with the administrative side more than the sales side of the real estate business. She’s managed the back office operations of very active, 100+ broker brokerages. Rhonda grew up in the Pacific Northwest and was excited to have the opportunity to move back to the area in 2011. She has the skills and attitude to help you succeed in your real estate career.
