Emily Tachell

Emily’s involvement in the real estate world began in 2007 when she and her husband purchased their first home that was in desperate need of expansion and TLC. Over the years, they lived in the midst of a hands-on renovation, building the home where they currently reside with their three kids. Within that timeframe, they’ve acquired single-family rental properties, multi-family through syndication, and short-term rental homes both in-state and out of state.

While heavily involved in the investment side of real estate, Emily also loves the relationships that come from guiding clients through the real estate sales transactions, aware that the process is more than “just business” for most of them. It is similar with colleagues; connections made through business relationships are paramount in establishing success.

Emily believes that feeding one’s knowledge through personal experience while learning from others is an ongoing journey. As the economy ebbs and flows, so does the cycle of real estate. She has learned that there is an approach for every scenario and she aims to find the best situation for her clients’ goals.
